Who is she?

This is FinalProjectStudio. A portfolio that I created during the final year of my Bachelor's degree in Communication (Brand Building & Content Creation). Hi, I’m Mayra :) Born in Antwerp, with Cuban roots and a soft spot for anything creative, honest, and slightly rebellious.

 

I gained hands-on experience through projects, expert classes, and a 15-week internship at a creative agency (Manamana), working on campaigns for clients like Zoo Antwerpen, Planckendael, Oxfam, Stad Gent, and many more. These experiences taught me how to combine strategy and creativity, work in teams and adapt ideas to different audiences.

 

I recently started a new postgraduate program (Graphic Designer Digital Media) that lasts one year. In addition to my own experience and the basics from my previous Bachelor, I’m excited to learn a lot more! Experimenting with bold concepts, crafting visuals that are not only beautiful but also meaningful and staying on top of design trends is what I love to do. When I’m not designing, you can usually find me exploring new places, enjoying coffee, drawing inspiration from fashion or creating content for my personal projects.
